Update: 5/4/25 - Still no response from owner. I recently went to the other jimmy John’s on Moro st, Manhattan and this is how the lettuce is supposed to look! I bought four sandwiches to go, got home to find out that the lettuce on all the sandwiches were brown and gross! You can’t mistake nice, green, fresh lettuce, for the lettuce I got. I hope the meat was safe to eat. This has happened to me at another location a few months ago. What is the store policy on lettuce freshness? Why would the employees use this? Sad to get home and find this out.

Good Jimmy's location. Food is always consistent. Workers are friendly. Only gets a 3 star today because I asked for a bag for my 3 subs and chips and they wouldn't give me one. So bizarre.

Updated: it’s gotten slower and slower here lately. Today, it took almost 20 minutes between pulling into the drive through and getting my sandwich. I thought maybe they were short staffed, but I saw at least 8 employees inside. When I pulled up to the window, I politely asked “hey, how are you today?” And the guy working replied “just waiting for that big tip” and awkwardly stared at me. The sandwich was fine, but the service is getting worse here. Original review: I often come here for lunch, and they live up to the Jimmy John’s reputation for fast service. My sandwich is always exactly as I order it, and I’ve never been disappointed. Just taste fine for me. Not the best not soo bad. Im just picky with sandwich. I just find it saltier while eating it unlike firehouse. But I love thier pickles tho. Good customer service. Would still be part of my choices if I wanna eat sandwich. :)
