Wish there was a ZERO star option. Got home to find a staple in my sandwich then a ham sandwich with ZERO meat, it was a simple ham and mayo only sandwich with NO ham, just bread and mayo. A Staple in one sandwich and absolutely ZERO meat in another!? In the same order.. this location time and time again skimps on all their meat and we were giving one last chance to try again but this is it.. No meat, staples in the bread, disgusting and dirty inside.. poor customer service. No Thanks! Firehouse, Samdwich Express just down the way, go there instead! Better quality & better service 💯

After 5 years I finally decided to come back to jimmy johns I tried there toasted sandwiches for the first time and it was really good! The service here was amazing everybody on shift at 2:37pm on January 22nd was polite, respectful and kind. I will be coming back here very soon again! Now yes from reviews I've seen before, I do agree there was barely any meat in my #11 country club but the sandwich was still good. There was a guy cleaning tables and windows aswell! Very clean building. Staff was also being polite to other staff!

Don’t waste your money like I did. Only a sliver of meat on the whole dang thing. Pictures are from September 12th. I paid over $13 for a soda and a “cold hot pocket” I see how jimmy John became a billionaire….

I'm a vegetarian so when I ordered the Ultimate Italian sandwich I asked for no meat and then no mayo. When I got home I opened it up to find it with no meat or mayo, good, but also no lettuce, no tomatoe, and no onion. The sandwich only has the parmesan, provolone, oregano-basil, oil and vinegar. This has happened to me before at this location; they forgot the veggies. Not sure why they make this mistake. I'm displeased with this location.

JJ's has been my go to for years. In 3 different states! And when I moved to McMinnville I was super happy they were right in town. Not Now. The product has become inedible and the service way worse. Got a giant turkey and ham and received watery shreds of turkey and stuff just thrown on a skinny bun. When I called to give some feedback the "Manager" started out refusing to give me his name. I was not a Karen here. I simply asked whom I was speaking to. My almost weekly order is No More. Pictures tell a thousand words.
