Torn here. Quality of the food was good, value not so much. 2 of the employees good customer service, manager was ehhh. Love the decor, interesting. Definitely take a read while dining in or waiting for take out. I attached a few examples. I tried the 🌶️Spicy Firecracker Wrap🌶️ wasn’t that spicy, was missing some flavor. Really overpriced. Had the manager smiled, under duress I’d give them 4 stars.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding service and genuine appreciation for their customers! Our office was truly touched by the kindness shown by Jimmy John’s. Sherry went out of her way to bring lunch to our whole office as a thank-you to one of our employees who faithfully purchases lunch from them almost daily. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and speaks volumes about how much they value their customers. Not only is the food consistently fresh and delicious, but the people behind the scenes clearly care about building real relationships in the community. This gesture didn’t go unnoticed and made our entire office feel appreciated. Thank you, Sherry and the Jimmy John’s team, for going above and beyond. I just happened to be in the area and decided to get a couple sandwiches at a jimmy John’s and I wish I never walked in the door. I told the ole’ boy at the counter that I have never been to a jimmy johns before. Him and his assistant immediately started acting weird as if they knew something I didn’t know. I started placing an order and he started telling me about oil and mayo. I’m 74 years old I don’t know anything about his freaky fast philosophy with no custom orders. He didn’t hesitate one second to let me know he didn’t like some customers. I bought 2 of the 16 inch subs ,left them a 15 % tip, but after thinking about it I wouldn’t leave them anything. The baked every day roll is not good, very expensive and his training was not good either. Still just a hot dog stand.

2 employees talking to one another while my hoagie was being prepared by one the employees; I could see spit coming from his mouth and landing on my sandwich. I tossed the sandwich and took the $10.00 loss rather than eating a sandwich that was sprayed by an employees spit, so disgusted! Hey Manager, how about educating your employees to not talk near the sandwich station.

A well maintained franchise. The store is neat and clean On a weekday lunch time.. it is quite busy. Location of the store is really good. Easy to find Staff were helpful and friendly The quotes all over the store are on a good vibe and funny Highly recommend this place… Will visiting again for sure We have ordered Subs - no:6 with few customizations …. They bread was fresh and the sub was delicious Restrooms are hygienic
