We asked for no onions on both Italian sandwiches about 20 min ago… both had onions! Ugh ! Once they are on the sandwich even taking them off, still tastes like onions. Made them to Freaky fast! 😬

3rd time in a row they’ve messed up my sandwich. Really not that hard just remove the pickle and don’t toast it. It’s become a fun game seeing how else they mess up at this time. Last time instead of removing the pickle on the Cuban they removed the cheese and toasted the sandwich. Also added a TON of mustard.

We’ve been here multiple times before with no issues. However, this time the service was extremely slow (not freaky fast), and they got my order wrong. Kind of disappointed by this trip unfortunately. Hope they can redeem themselves next time we visit.

The food is always fine… It’s an issue of the service at this particular location. The service is typically just OK… Not terrible but not great. But today I ordered loaves of bread and it would’ve been faster to order the entire sandwich. Two girls were just standing around chatting. Finally someone making sandwiches put her to work wrapping the bread. She struggled to put her gloves on then once she finally got them on, she picked up a spray bottle of cleaner and moved it, and then continued to wrap my bread. She didn’t grab enough stickers to put on the paper wrap, so she kept having to walk across the counter to get another sticker which took even more time. Someone needs to train on good customer service!

There foot longs are 16 inch. Plenty of meat. Place was really clean. 146th and Hazeldell.
