Almost 2 hours for “Freaky Fast” delivery of a lunch meat sandwich. This place is a joke.

This is by far the slowest sandwich shop I have ever ordered from…. Food is good once you do finally receive it but delivery normally comes thru door dash as their delivery times absolutely are crap times. And if you just happen to get a jimmy John’s driver they are not friendly or read the drop off directions.

Im not sure totally sure how the orders are processed since I don’t work at a sandwich shop but when the instructions for add-ons or things to remove are on the receipt and never get followed, I get baffled.

Definitely not freaky fast. Me and my coworkers have ordered from this location a lot as we work real close and I am sorry but delivery usually isn't that fast and so ordered pickup this time and it wasn't fast either. After half hour someone just went over there to check on things and they made it after she walked in. I have given this location so many 2nd chances and I am finally done. The wait isn't the problem it's every single time I order something from this location my order is wrong. My sandwich is either lacking the certain meat or when I order dbl meat it's only the standard amount, or if I take things off my sandwich it is never removed. So I know everyone's experiences are different, this one is just mine.

My wife and I have been frequenting this Jimmy John's once every two weeks, on average, for the past several years - it is halfway between my office and home so it is very convenient. In all of this time, we have never had anything other than a fine experience. The food is excellent, in our opinion simply better than any of the other sandwich chains we have been to. The staff has always been great, they greet you when you enter, chat it up with you while you are there, and bid you farewell when you leave. I was honestly very surprised to see the poor reviews with this location - unless you are looking for delivery, I can personally attest to the quality, speedy service at this Jimmy John's.
