They went above and beyond to customize my sandwich and it made me cry tears of joy. I am 38 weeks pregnant so I get that most things make me cry but honestly the kindness shown was above and beyond. I ordered a sandwich and asked them to add cucumbers. I clarified that when I say cucumbers I meant I am pregnant and craving cucumbers and wanted them to add as many as they could fit on the sandwich. The photo speaks for itself that they really took that instruction and made my day. Aside from this they were kind and quick.

Last time I came to this location was over 9 months ago and I'm not sure if the quality has gone down. But I placed an online pick up order and when I got home this was my turkey sandwich. Pretty disappointed, it was all bread and lettuce and cheese lol I'll continue going to the Provo location from now on.

I love Jimmy John’s. We got a mobile order and got it doordashed. I got the turkey bacon sandwich with jalapeño chips with Diet Coke. They always do it good. I find it consistent every where I go. They did a good job doing it fast. We got our food fairly quickly after we ordered. This play is on the higher side I pricing but it’s great quality. Happy for this business doing a great job staying consistent.

Spent over $40 getting delivery from here and it was a complete disaster. No ice in any of the drinks, and most of the sandwiches had less than an inch of meat on them! (One half didn't even have ANY meat on it) When I called to ask for a refund the cashier was sassy and abruptly hung up and l am being forced to dispute the charges. I recommend going to any other sandwich places nearby, this place is NOT worth the hassle.

We spent 200$ there and quite literally got NO MEAT on any of our sandwiches. They were the simple simple sandwiches of only turkey and only ham. I’m feeding 20 teenage athletes with literally nothing on this sandwich. Not to mention this all happened before they closed. This is incredibly disappointing this was incredibly expensive. And they will be hungry in 2 seconds because of it. They were also rude when we walked in as if they were busy and rushed when no one else was in there.
