Jimmy John's

I got a three cheese pizza sub and a drink from there yesterday and have been sick ever since. Started with awful stomach cramps all evening and night and will not give further details on today's situation... I have not eaten anything after so I am not sure if it's from the sub itself, the drink machine? Please watch how you prepare food and cook food for your customers. Did not expect to get food poisoning from this location, very disappointed as I come here often and will definitely not be back.

I placed an order about 10:40 am. I was told the sliced wheat bread was baking it would be about a half hour. I waited an hour and 45 min for food. I normally get the food within a half hour. I was trying to treat my team for a good job. So disappointing we chose the wrong place for lunch. My guys start going to lunch at 10 am. We did not get food till 1235. Apparently they had so many orders to deliver, if I would if been told about the deliveries, I would have Arranged to pick up the food. The orders were not correct either. Never again. Update ordered today 2/24/21 online and this is what I got. Look at the pictures. The extras I ordered not there, old lettuce. I threw it right in the garbage. I can't believe I went there again.

...over it I guess. I love Jimmy John's. I'm from the Seattle area where the service and quality is clearly better. I have no clue what is happening at the Owensboro, KY location but NONE of the workers are ever happy. My order is always made wrong. Every time. Their service is always unfriendly and they always seemed bugged when approached. I've tried speaking about it before but it doesn't ever go very far. My 10yo has even started making comments about how disappointing it is to go there. It would be nice if this location could be checked out by management because I would really like to be able to enjoy the food.

I recently had a deeply upsetting experience at this Jimmy John's location. I was treated with blatant discrimination and disrespect, leaving me feeling hurt and disappointed. This is unacceptable behavior, and I urge the management to take immediate action to address this issue and prevent it from happening again.
