"I'm still ravin' about my experience at Jimmy John's last week! Huge shoutout to Donnell, the young man who went above and beyond to make my visit awesome! 👏 He was super respectful and friendly, and my number 7 was ON POINT. The environment was spotless, and the whole crew seemed like they were having a blast! 🤩 Definitely earned myself a return trip, and I'll be askin' for Donnell next time.

I placed a catering order. I did it online and customized my order. I specified, no condiments and switched up the sandwiches that are part of the standard catering package. My order was over $100. Upon reviewing it, I discovered all my customization had been ignored. I received nothing I ordered and my sandwiches were covered in condiments. I couldn’t do anything about it as I was hosting a party within the hour. I did reach out to them via their “contact us” on their website, letting them know what had occurred. They never reached out to me. So disappointing! We still buy JJ’s, just not this location.

Just ordered from this location for the first time. Let me just say, this place had top notch service. Employees were friendly, knowledgeable and service minded. They went above and beyond to provide satisfaction and I am a happy customer. Thank you Jimmy Johns.

Not Jimmy Johns fast. Slowest Jimmy Johns order I’ve ever made was here. Sandwiches were correct but felt the amount of toppings was insufficient for the amount of bread. Felt it wasn’t worth the cost.

We have been buying subs from JJ's in P.C. for the last few years. Over the course of the last year, we have overlooked many mistakes on our orders, but tonight was the last straw for my family and myself. I ordered four subs, and two of the four were made incorrectly. I even ordered in person to avoid mistakes often made when ordering online. I received a "Little John" instead of a Turkey Tom, and when I brought it to the cashier's attention, he sighed and began to throw the sub in the trash. I said, "No! I will just take it." Then, we discovered at home that another plain Turkey Tom sub had onions smeared upon the bread. I assume that the same utensils are used on plain subs when cutting; unacceptable. Finally, we had to jump through hoops to get a free sub when voucher was e-mailed to u
