Jimmy John's

Horrible service. I live 20 mins from this location and it’s the closest one to me. Last night I had a coupon to get a free 8” sub I asked for tuna, spinach, and hot peppers pretty simple. Instead I got a regular sandwich with ham, roast beef, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and mayo. Please work on getting your orders out correctly.

If your tag line is “Freaky Fast”, then you should at least be reasonably not slow. Ordered in the restaurant on a slow Sunday evening. Waited 10 minutes for my food and finally had to go ask for it. Still had not been made so waited another 5 minutes. They were working hard so I assume it’s all online orders. Should I stop coming in your restaurant to eat? To make it even worse the bread was so hard it was almost inedible. I literally hit it on the table and it made a hard thud! Jimmy John’s is my family go to, but this has happened at this location before. Any manager on duty? I don’t have any issues at Jersey Mikes. So don’t become the next Subway.

I have been ordering my husband lunch from this place for years so yesterday I ordered him lunch and they didn’t put any meat inside the sandwich like humans we all make mistakes so I called to let them know the manager gets on the phone and tell me she personally made the sandwich and she did put me on the sandwich I said I have no reason to lie. I paid over $17 for a sandwich so the man came in brought back a sandwich with meat on it as he was very rude, the manager was very rude and I would never buy another sandwich from this Jimmy John’s just because I’m black don’t mean I have to lie Good day

Service was great very friendly but when you say you want EXTRA peppers and there was maybe two peppers in the whole sandwich and EXTRA onions I want extra. I’ve only found one jimmy John’s to do it the way I like but I’m not driving twenty miles for a sandwich to be made right. It shouldn’t take a rocket scientist to quite literally pile onions and peppers on a sandwich. Very friendly nonetheless and I think they just need to pay attention to the notes in the order.

Cara was awesome! So sweet with excellent customer service. Loved her, 10 out of 10.
