A good chain sandwich joint that hit the spot for a quick bite coming into town. They are located downtown. Place was clean enough including the restroom. Staff was a bit too laid back for me. Not unfriendly but still. My Pepe sandwich which was basically Ham and cheese was good and fresh bread tasty! I would return. 3.5, rounding down.

It was a cute spot and the foot was good and made quickly! The staff was very sweet and friendly. It was the perfect lunch spot for my boyfriend and me :)

So my wife sells pottery around the corner on Tuesdays and Fridays at the Roanoke City Farmers Market and we got two sandwiches to go. Tuna salad and a Roast Beef for me. It's our first time and it was great !!! As advertised FAST service !!!

The customer service was just bad. The guy who took our order clearly didn’t care us or his job. He has dirty blond hair and had his hair up in a bun. It wasn’t so much what he said as much as how he said it and how he acted. My wife asked him if he could toast a sandwich and he just said no with attitude. My wife ordered something else. The part that pissed me off was that he acted like we were inconveniencing him. Not impressed.

Never again. The staff barely acknowledged me as the first person I encountered was behind the counter and preoccupied with his phone. That really wouldn’t have mattered if the food had been good. Unfortunately the brown cucumbers altered the taste of my sandwich even after I removed them.
