Did not follow instructions! Come on, man text me, it's simple! Driver did not text me prior to delivery was instructed. He did not call me. He could have called and he definitely should have texted me. Instead, he sat it on the porch and I didn't know the food was there until I called and was told the food had already been delivered, so I checked my porch and luckily it was there. That shows the driver didn't give one ioda if he had delivered the food to the correct address. I tipped him $5 and I wish I had that back x2 now. The disrespect of that driver drives me crazy. Luckily, I was at a house instead of at my apartment or someone could have snagged my food before I even knew it was there

I love this place! They live up to their slogan of freaky fast. And ordering using their app makes it even faster! I love their sense of humor displayed everywhere. This location in particular has a nice greenhouse-type dining area inside, and shaded patio area outside. And their sandwiches are amazing.

Justice and Shy were awesome. Super nice and positive, they also had my order done before my payment even went through and I was a walk in customer!

Ordered an Italian night sub with onions and peppers. get home to find out it is slathered in mayonnaise! Who puts mayonnaise on an Italian sub??? I have never heard of this, and for it to happen in a popular and well-known sub shop is just beyond me. really disappointed me as I had to scrape it all off so all I got was bread and meat no lettuce, tomato onion, or peppers because they’re covered in mayonnaise! I changed this review to one star after eating the sandwich. The bread is terrible. It’s like wonder bread with a hard crust. By the time you get three bites in the whole thing has been squashed down and there’s no bread just a flat piece of crust. I also could not taste any vinegar and oil, so I’m not sure it even got put on there. And they have these little, 50 Cent piece, size to

I just attempted to order from Jimmy John's and there were three people in the back that just stared at me and then kept working and cleaning. I stood there a full two minutes, didn't feel welcome so just told them to forget about it. Young girl with brown hair and two young men tonight. Rude!! Left without ordering. Never said welcome or hello. I guess their parents didn't teach them manners.
