Sammy was ok but they tried to get me to sign a tip upon pick up while rocking a sign that says “tips appreciated but not expected” at the register. Just a little desperate for gratuity from a quickie sammy spot and a turn off. I’ve been to many JJ and never had to sign nothing on an order in pick up. Bad form.

I am an idiot. Today is my last time ordering from Jimmy John's. I am from Champaign, IL where the franchise started. My oldest sister worked at its second store. I have been loyal to JJ since the 90s. But it's not the same. This is the third time, in TWO WEEKS, I asked for a Club Lulu and got a Turkey Tom. I was check #1. First customer of the day. I should have went in instead od going through the drive thru. The manager made the sandwich!! I asked if there was someone allergic to bacon or had a religious restriction, and they said no. I asked if maybe the Club Lulu is mistakenly coded. No. Is there a bacon shortage? No. This is pure inattentiveness and carelessness.

This place just went up in price. They're way too much! I don't think what you're getting for what you pay is worth it. The food is just okay. It's bread with meat, maybe cheese, and lots of lettuce, etc. Nothing great. Yet you're paying about $13 for each regular sandwich. No chips or drink. I spent $40 for 3 sandwiches. I could of gotten a large pizza and garlic twists from another place right down the road for $32. I won't be back. No way!

The employee I talked to made me feel stupid for ordering and then when I got my food it was a piece of bread with only 1 piece of meat and cheese and they literally charged me extra for said cheese. The sandwich alone was $10 and then plus $2 for cheese. That’s ridiculous.

I ordered a box of sandwiches just before noon and it was ready by the time I got there. Then I asked to have another sandwich made just for me and they made it crazy fast. This group is a well oiled machine. The sandwiches were a big hit with my staff.
