I had the pleasure of being served by Ladon/Ladonna(apologize if I spelled your name wrong) at theSouthfield store on Greenfield. Expressed my concern about her working there by herself especially at night. Had a good conversation and my sandwich was made right. GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE!!

I don’t even leave Google reviews, but this is the worst Jimmy John’s I have ever been to. I’ve been here three times and every time my sandwich has been wrong. The icing on the cake was when I ordered two sandwiches and I got home and they had no freaking meat And the lady over the phone wanted to argue. Tell me that I was just trying to get free meat like let’s be real. What does the sandwich cost $10?????? Only someone who is petty and works at a fast food restaurant would even think to say that to someone. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

Food was stale missing ingredients. Bread hard. Only thing good was the chips.

We ordered delivery two hours ago. First the store called to say they had no bread and it would be 25 minutes. The delivery then routed to Uber and the first driver stole our food without confirming pickup. We have had five drivers assigned and removed from the order with no way to contact Uber support. The store has said there is nothing they can do even remaking our order. Edit: I contacted Jimmy John’s support and spoke with the general manager who was very kind. I was told that a refund should sent to my card a week ago but have not received that refund. I was offered a $25 credit but my order was over $50.

I've come here twice so far, and the service was excellent!
