Customer Reviews
I ordered the Tuna Club, but they should label it the Lettuce Club, "tuna flavored" bread sandwich. Definitely no value for the money to be found here. That's what I get for trying to be somewhat healthy...
Always good. Never had a bad experience. Staff is so fast I haven't really gotten a chance to know them but they seem very friendly and conscientious. I think the 3.5 stars is more indicative of the fact that they work next to 'high-powered' lawfirms and corporate offices. I would assume the attorneys and other office workers may be more critical than they should be. As a downtown regular (and as someone who can be hard on restaurants when warranted), I'd say that score is misleading and worth disregarding honestly. This place is great.
What appeared to be new customer service sandwich engineers being trained today. Note to the manager or the person training. For almost $10, you need to get sandwiches correct based on what the customer ordered. READ THE ORDER TICKET. More important, please train your employees that if they have gloves on, they're not to pull their pants up when making a sandwich. The trainee started to make my sandwich, PULLED HIS PANTS UP WITH HIS GLOVES ON, and then continued to touch the sandwich. FOOD HANDLERS CARD 101!!!
I get the number six veggie sandwich because I like vegetables. I especially like having the avocado spread on the sandwich. This photo shows the amount on one half of the sandwich. There was even less of it on the other half that I bit into first, which made me wonder how much was on the other part. So dissatisfying.
Well it's about 6:46 p.m. today and I had an Uber East delivery instead of coming to the door at this location they ignored me and when I called I guess he was the manager he told me they were closed and hung up the phone, The rudeness is an acceptable for a company that prides itself on being relatable to every guest.
