Ordered the Greek gyro with light onions but received a chicken gyro with regular onions. This location can't get orders correct.

An hour wait for pick up. 2 other people were in same boat as me. Unacceptable wait time. Then just sort of dumped the food on counter and i had to finish gathering our food.

Wow thanks guys really screwed the pooch of this one. 2 gargantuan sandwiches, got home and found one with black forest ham and lettuce. The othe r had salami. Other sandwich request no onion and was loaded with onion mixed in with the lettuce. Great wife can't eat. And I paid$ 25 for a 3 dollar subway sandwich.. When called was told I could drive 20 min to get a replacement but by time I make it there they will be closed. AMAZING JOB!!!!! Total waste of dinner. Thanks Jimmy you failed.

I had lunch on 9/4/23 at the Vestavia Hills location and was extremely disappointed. I ended up waiting around 8 mins for my sandwich to be made, I was the only one in line it wasn't busy. When I finally got my sandwich it was pitiful! There was hardly any meat on it. I've never had a sandwich like this at any other JJ location.

$50 for 6 sandwiches. All terrible. Worst Jimmy John bread I’ve ever seen and the toppings were laughable at best.
