Jimmy John's

This is our local one that we end up ordering from every week or so. The people here are lovely and always make some of the best sandwiches (and I used to work in a different Jimmy John's). The area around is also just nice to walk around with it being the upper half of the Mosaic District Definitely going to keep getting our favourite "lazy day" dinners here for a good while

I had placed an order for pickup, drove to the restaurant, and then was told by the manager my ordered was "canceled". I asked why I didn't receive any cancelation email or phone call. The manager said I'd receive one later in the day but I never did. Very rude and unprofessional "manager".

After a long day of work, all I wanted was a Jimmy john's sandwich. I was nice paid for my stuff. I get home, The Girl who made my sandwich wrote " ez not perfect " on it. Sloppy, wet, weird Sandwich. Making me feel uncomfortable rude. Very distasteful..Booo

Ordered a sandwich today and apparently no cash is accepted now for payment. No signage to indicate no cash either. I've come to this location plenty of times and the service each time is lack luster. Finally posting a review about it. No hello or have a good day. Can't even hand you a cup when ordering a beverage. Music is loud and the staff seem to not want to be bothered. Girl today had her ear buds in as well. Whoever manages this location needs to take a harder look at what good customer service is and train their staff or find new staff. Why would anyone tip? I sure won't.

Stopped by here because I happened to be in the area and was kinda curious. Honestly it’s a really small and awkwardly laid out location, and the food, while not Inedible, isn’t really the best. The bread seemed a bit chewy and the Tuna sandwich in general was not great. Unless you’re fiercely brand Loyal, I honestly wouldn’t recommend just going to the Jersey Mike’s down the street if you want a good Sub sandwich. This place was just Sub Par.
