Jimmy John's

Ordered January 2026 and they sent it to Uber. I specifically ordered from Jimmy Johns because they don't use 3rd party delivery, or at least I thought. Will not be ordering from them any more.

You don’t wanna know how fast that sammich showed up at the hotel. You really don’t. You also don’t wanna know how much it cost me after tax, delivery and tip. You really don’t.

This Jimmy John’s is really great. My sandwich was fresh, the bread was soft, and everything tasted great. The staff were fast and got the order right with no issues. It was definitely worth stopping by.

I love this jimmy johns but i ask for mustard packets every time and my mustard acquisition rate is abysmal. love you guys tho

-UPDATE- I want to thank Jimmy John's for reaching out to me after reading this review and handling it the way they did. Definitely going above and beyond what could be done. I will be coming back to my favorite restaurant soon. I have been a fan of this company for years. I am disabled and on a limited income each month, so when I do have a delivered meal, it is when I have saved and can afford it. This last time, I was unable to tip, but I received a receipt with the note to tip the drivers and an Un happy face. :( . Aside from the factor that I live in a state where the minimum wage is well over fifteen dollars and there was a five dollar delivery fee, along with the tax on the price of the meal... If I can post tip, I would. Although after getting this message on a receipt, I doubt
