Jimmy John's

Order sent via Uber due to having no drivers. That’s totally understandable. The issue was the woman I spoke to who mentioned she was the manager. Rushed me over the phone putting the restaurant problems on customers vs showing empathy. I’m working on a timeline to get my daughter food for a sport tournament and she is telling me to calm down and not offering solutions. Did not offer to cancel order until I mentioned it myself. I would not recommend this location as other Jimmy John’s I have been to have had much better service then this one. I cannot recommend it at this time

Took an hour to deliver to a location only 4 minutes away from the store. Employees on the phone can provide no valuable info other than it’s a “third party delivery” aka through DoorDash or Uber even when you order through the app. They don’t even apologize or explain further 🤷‍♀️ management issue or staff issue? You’ll never know

I have never had such a terrible experience in a Jimmy John’s. Despite 5 people working, they were incredibly behind on orders and somehow kept making orders wrong. One worker kept screaming at the other workers to make the correct sandwiches and nobody seemed to acknowledge him. Sandwichs were consistently made wrong and they just ripped open the paper, thumbed through the ingredients and gave it back. I opened my sandwich when I got home and it wasn’t even made correctly. I don’t think I will ever be back to this location.

I have ordered from this location and it’s always over 30 minutes for a sandwich. Ordering online is pointless-you will wait longer for your order than a walk in. Once I waited over an hour for delivery. I’m 1 building away, I could have walked over but wanted to tip the driver. Today I waited 30 minutes and watched people walk in, place their order and walk out while still waiting for my order that was placed online prior. I love jimmy johns. It’s such a bummer that their service is so damn slow. Anywhere else I’ve ordered from them has been “freaky fast” not here

I literally got one slice of turkey on each half of my sub. I did not pay for a loaf of bread. I expected a sandwich
