Jim's Burger Haven

It's been some time since I've visited Jim's burger Haven so I thought i would drop in. It was late and the drive thru was packed so I decided to eat inside. There was a bunch of people sitting throughout the restaurant but none were actually eating anything. I went to the counter and was attended by a beautiful young lady who took my order and gave me a number. I sat at a table and realized why so many people were not eating, they were waiting for their food to be made. My order took about ten minutes but it was well worth it. A massive six inch double patty with cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and jalapenos. (Jalapenos was an extra item), small fries and large drink all for under $15. My fiancée and her mom went here a couple months ago and that’s all I’ve heard about! So with that said I finally made it. The atmosphere and service were exceptional. My burger was a tad dry and my fiancée said when she had it it was a bit juicier. I’m not sure if it’s a preference or what but if they offered a fried egg as a topping I would have been in heaven. I also should have gotten mayo since the burger was a bit dry. The spicy cheese curds were great but only got like 6 or so so not sure if they offer other sizes. All in a great value for your money and the aesthetic is amazing. Next time I go I’m going to tweak my order a bit and I will be much happier.

First time here: had to pop in, wasn’t disappointed. The portion of a 6 inch is huge and was delicious. The fries here are really underrated and I don’t hear allot of people talking about them for some reason. They were yummy! Also got a banana shake for my wife and it tasted great

Hi, Happy New Year. I’m writing regarding a very disappointing experience I had today. One of your employees, Anjelica, was extremely rude and disrespectful. I ordered about $30 worth of food, and my kids were really hungry — one of my children is disabled — and I ended up having to drive all the way back to 88th because all of the hamburgers looked like this. I’ve been coming to this location since I was a little kid, and I’ve never experienced something like this before. This is really upsetting and unacceptable. I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed and made right.

I come here a lot. Lately its been rough. I mean. If you would serve this than what other standards are being ignored. The burger was good.
