Jim's Original Subs & Pizza

The entire staff is very amicable and professional. I order or dine-in here every day now and People order food there from other towns, sometimes even forty miles away on mobile apps. Their menu offering is varied. Their food ingredientes are top notch, prepared with detail and cleanliness in mind. Their prices are very competitive. They have plenty of parking off the street. My experience at Jim's Original is very positive overall is very positive.

I hate the hit or miss pizza quality. I hate how different hands make the pizza good or bad. the pizza could be great, thin and not over cooked and sometimes could be thick bread with barely any cheese and i hate i bought it. Its supposed to be NY style but its very rare. everyone needs the skill to make great thin well handled pizza or not even bother being on pizza making. This is more a pizza review i have a problem with.

I wish I took pictures, but the food was too good. We were at a baseball tournament in the area and this came up for a sandwich shop for takeout in search. You never know with sub shops, but I prefer mom and pops and am willing to take chances. This one paid off. I mentioned that the subs are delicious, but I didn't talk about the size. The smalls were the size of a typical (mom and pop or chain) large. They were stuffed with meat and toppings. Part of our order was two large BLT sandwiches. They had to have been 24" long and a pound of bacon each. This place is definitely serving quality and value

I’ve been ordering from this place for a long time, the delivery driver knows me and he’s always excellent . But this time I could not keep quite based on many orders. I sucked up and they were wrong. This time a female voice I didn’t recognize I asked for an Italian everything on extra hot, no pickes Maybe she didn’t hear well but I said no pickles extra hot. She needs to listen to clients request. I was mad, she didn’t pay attention and couldn’t wait to get me off the phone. That’s bad service!!!!! She needs to be retrained in customer service since I pay the bill Customer service is number 1, she did not do her job I had no hot peppers NONE. I said no pickles not hot pepper!!!!

We were in town for my son’s hockey game at Merrimack, and we didn’t want to just grab fast food, so I looked up sandwich spots and came across this place. I’m so glad I did! The staff was fantastic, and the bread was probably the best I’ve ever had on a sandwich. I highly recommend Jim’s to anyone looking for quick service, great sandwiches, and a welcoming atmosphere. I only wish we had had time to try more of their menu before leaving town.
