Out go to fave Chinese restaurant in Sewell Friendly staff in person and over the phone Delicious chinese food all the time

great clean environment, nice cooks 5 star all around , they even looked out for us

Super super disappointed with Jin Jin today. We placed and order and there was part of it missing. Things happen, but when we called to try and get it resolved they played dumb. Said we needed a “manager” and went in circles until they hung up and we never got our food or a refund. Like what the heck. Why he shady and why be rude.

Ordered in store boneless spareribs, clarified several times BONELESS.got home it was bone in spare ribs. called up Jin Jin they asked me to come in for correct order. Did so. got home and we were given house special lo mein. they called me to return to store and correct order will be given. I refused, at this point they were making a fool of me. Fortunately I did check the lo mein, it had shrimp in it. My one family member has anaphylaxis to shrimp.that would have been an interesting lawsuit

Ordered from them, food never arrived, and then they hung up on me four times when I was just trying to find out if the order even left the resident. Whoever answered the phone claimed they didn't even work at the restaurant, just took orders.
