Jingdu Japanese Buffet

I thought I’d treat myself after a long week and I went to this buffet, but it was extremely disappointing. The food selection was very minimal, and what was available was cold. Instead of bringing out fresh items, staff would bring out a pot of watery sauce and mix it into the food that had already been sitting out, which was very off putting. The hibachi had no flavor and was completely under-seasoned. The overall cleanliness of the dining area, from what I could see, was below standard, which honestly makes me question what the kitchen looks like.

My kids took me here to eat early dinner buffet on Tuesday because of the snow crab legs. We were planning to go Monday, but when we called the restaurant to ask about pricing, they said they've run out of sushi and won't have any until next day. Kind of funny for a "Japanese" buffet to run out of sushi. Unlike the other buffet we went to, this one was much more cramped and had less items overall. It was kind of hard to get food from the hot item buffet because it was in a corner where only 1-2 people can go through the line at a time. The hot foods were okay. Fried stuff was soggy and not crispy. There was a huge sushi section with a lot of different rolls and sashimi options. The snow crab legs were easy to access. I had heard Jingdu recommended from multiple. I was a little hesitant about all you can eat sushi buffett, but I gave it a try. EXCELLENT value and ridiculous variety! Don't really know where to start. There is so much to choose from. They put out small amounts of sushi but quickly replenish everything. It was clear food turned over quickly, so it was always fresh. I was not told about the hot food, but there is also an ample selection. Again, I tried little bits of a lot of things, all good. Salads and cold offerings of shrimp, snow crab legs, octopus, muscles. You are well attended to. If you get up to get more, your old plate will be cleared before you return Reccomendations were correct, Jingdu is a great place. I hope these photos encourage you to give it a try.

I love coming here because not only do I enjoy the buffet and Sushi but they Have the best hibachi with fresh vegetables and proteins. The staff is professional and extremely friendly. Last time I was in, my table was taken care of by Apple. Couldn’t ask for more attention and fast service

Service was attentive but not intrusive. Plates were cleared promptly, drink refills came quickly, and staff were friendly. The photo is a wild assortment of items my weird step-dad enjoys
