JINYA Ramen Bar - Thornton Park

Had dinner at JINYA Ramen Bar and it was honestly amazing—like something straight out of a movie. The space was so cozy, aesthetic, and visually pleasing, it instantly set the mood. Our waiter was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. And the food… oh my goodness. Absolutely bursting with flavor—every bite was comforting and rich without being overwhelming. I was seriously impressed by how many vegan options they had, and they definitely weren’t an afterthought. They also serve mocktails, which was such a fun and refreshing touch, but let me talk about the Impossible taco for a second—because wow!!!! It was on a whole different level. So flavorful, so satisfying, and honestly way too good. Like… really, really good. Such a warm, memorable dining experience.

First time at this JinYa Thornton location in Orlando and the atmosphere was great. Food came in fresh, flavourful and hot. Our server Mauricio was excellent and was always attentive. Will be back at this spot on our next vacay here.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. Juan at the bar was extremely attentive and gave us excellent drink recommendations, he knew exactly what we were looking for. Bosco and Mauricio took amazing care of us throughout the night, always attentive and making sure everything arrived on time. The food was absolutely delicious. I especially recommend the matcha tiramisu: delicate in flavor with an incredibly smooth, creamy texture. We will definitely be back!

Everything was delicious! 🤤 we had the cucumber salad, the crispy chicken, spicy chicken ramen, the Jinya Chicken Ramen (extra egg, chicken wonton and bokchoy) and the matcha tiramisu. The ramen was delicious, with a rich broth, and perfectly chewy noodles! 😍 💯 recommend: cucumber salad, crispy chicken, extra egg and chicken wontons in your ramen. Will definitely come back for more.

This is me and the bf GO-TO spot. The staff are always so pleasant and the food is always amazing. The place is extremely clean as well. Our server Juan was amazing, he takes the time to make every guest feel welcome and comfortable. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and his team! Thank you Juan, thank you to all the servers, hosts and chefs who make this restaurant the best place to eat!
