So they advertise 24/7 service. We get to the place and the door is locked. The sign on the door read " if door is locked, call this number. So my son calls the number. The lady answers and said that they are not in the office and she can't help us. Then why do they advertise 24/7 service. And they also need to turn off the "open" light hanging in the window. If I could be able to leave a zero star rating I would. Also it was 3:45pm not 8pm

First off, if I could give 10 stars I would. I arrived after hours and needed a document notarized before midnight. She went above and beyond to assist even though she wasn't in office. I will be going to JJs tags for all of my notary, tax and title needs... she understood my urgency and truly helped me out.

Rosa and her assistant were so helpful and provided a seamless experience and excellent customer service. From my first call she answered all me questions and saved the day with an after hours appointment. Highly recommend!!! Thank you!!!🌻
