Joe's Slice of Sicily

Joe’s Slice of Sicily is hands down the best pizza in Austin. The pizza is absolutely amazing, you can taste the freshness in every bite. The ingredients are top quality, the crust is perfect, and the flavor is on another level. Nothing else in Austin matches this. The owner and the entire staff do an incredible job. They’re always welcoming, super friendly, and genuinely happy to let you try new things. You can tell they care about the food and their customers. My only recommendation to you is to order everything as it comes, they got it down.

I really wanted to love this pizza at first bite, but it didn’t blow me away. The crust (the bottom of the pie, not the edges) was too thick and it could have used more sauce, which i wasn’t expecting from a place with so many reviews about it being just like NY/NJ pizza (I’m from NY). 4/5 because still better than most pizza in Austin! Willing to try again and get a plain cheese pie rather than toppings to get a better taste for it — but I will say, they were generous with the toppings!

Best casual / counter serve pizza place in the ‘04, if not all of Austin! And pizza by the slice! A rarity here. Great garlic knots as well. This place is such an awesome addition to the neighborhood. A true NY-style pizza gem in Austin.

It might look low-key, nothing flashy outside, but one bite in and it’s pure Sicilian pride. No need for the hype, no gimmick or trick — just solid pizza that absolutely slaps, brick by brick.

Located inside Barton Hills Market. Everything was delicious. From a slice of chicken bacon ranch pizza, a Chicken Parm Pinwheel, and a handful of garlic knots. The food was hot, tasty, with generous portions. They have even more options if you order a full pizza. Looking forward to eating here again soon.
