John Barton Payne Building

A very nice building in Historic Warrenton, suitable for very special events also. We used this building to celebrate a double milestone. First off, the price was extremely affordable at $150, and we had the building for the entire day and night. It has nine tables and 100 chairs included in the rental. A full kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The main hall is beautiful with a high ceiling. Chandelier lights and other lights that give a nice effect. Carpeted floors. It has an elevator for wheelchair access. A large painting of Mr. J.B. Payne is hung over a very nice fireplace. We weren't allowed to move him, so we just invited him to the party and dressed up the area where he was hung to make him look a bit more formal. He behaved like the Mona Lisa by watching

Went to an event that was held here. The building is functional and everything in working order. This is a historical building that is limited to certain rules of use.. There are a lot of stairs and walking, with limited parking..It is also in need of a good cleaning....
