Johnny D's Pizzeria & Restaurant

My bf ordered a pizza for me and sent it to my house. Just recently moving to the area I was skeptical about a good pizza spot and he confidentiality settled on johnny D's. When the pizza came it looked disgraceful and played with. I let him know but because he was at work he was unable to call until after 5pm. Not only did they give him attitude but they did not offer to replace or refund the pizza. Horrible experience 10 out of 10 do not recommend. The customer service unfortunately just as poor as the pizza. I attached the photo that i sent him after getting the order at 2:31pm. Very disappointed.

We are from out of town and the hotel had a menu we ordered the Wing platters at 10 at Night was delivered within 45 minutes and the food is EXCELLENT! The wings were delicious the italian bread was so fresh and soft and the blue cheese dressing was amazing melted in your mouth!! We definitely will be back next time we go to Atlantic city!! The food was worth every penny!

You all are dead wrong for this. You didn't even try to provide a good meal. Just grease. And you took my money for it with no intention of integrity.

in ALL my years of living in south jersey I NEVER thought I'd see the day Johnny Ds fell off smh so disappointing.. I ordered on their website a 1/2 BACON CHEESESTEAK.. on their website, for some reason, has it listed twice so I picked the 10.25 option (which u can see in the pictures) I WAITED AN HOUR & some change for the delivery driver to come and ofc I tipped $2... just to finally get to eat my food and I find MUSHROOMS.. which I'm highly repulsed by.. I call back for a third time, FURIOUS, bc I waited so long to just be dissatisfied. The man on the phone was rude and has 0 customer service skills. I asked for a refund and he said someone was going to come pick up the sandwich... if you're local, STOP ORDERING FROM THEM. food don't even hit the way it used to smh. DISSATISFIED, DISAPP
