A place to get some great ice cream. It is a little pricey but the quality is up there. Be aware of some cross contamination issues though, the serving scoops come in contact with all types of ingredients. The staff here are great, friendly and helpful. They provided free samples of the flavors of your choosing. Which is good because there are a lot of flavors to choose from. I'm glad to see it's not just run of the mill flavors either, they put their own spin on classics. I ended up getting the cake batter flavor. The ice cream is smooth, creamy and sweet. It has a nice texture to it, gummy, in a good way, as it has a nice pull/stretch to it and results in a pleasant mouth feel. There was a tiny problem though. Since they are using the same ice cream scoops for serving different flavors,

An absolute must-visit. They make everything from scratch, resulting in unbelievably delicious quality. I love the use of organic dairy and the great vegan/gluten-free options! ​The free mini chocolate chip cookie with every scoop is genius. I had the cayenne sea salt caramel and it was perfectly creamy. The staff was friendly. The best homemade ice cream and cookies in Encinitas!

A very nice place, the service is polite and friendly. The girls make the ice cream right there on the spot, fresh every day. There are different flavors, and you can try them before buying. It’s a pity they don’t have options with sugar substitutes. And the portions are too small.

Yes it's creamy but not very flavorful. I had the coconut chocolate chip and it was more salty than sweet. In addition I tasted no coconut. My wife's chocolate was ok but my sister in laws peanut butter and chocolate had little flavor as well. Prices are a little high but that is ok given the location. But if you're going to charge that much you should deliver thequality.

Best ice cream in Encinitas, for sure! Had salted caramel and chocolate chip, and it comes with a free cookie. They also did a doggy portion for my pup of vanilla ice cream, and a bowl pressed down that she could eat. Got a sweet tooth in the area? This is your best bet.
