Jones Coffee Roasters

Jones coffee at the Burbank Hollywood airport is a great place for a fast coffee as you wait for your flight. I was there on a busy Thursday, and was pleasantly surprised that a short line moved quickly. I was able to get my coffee immediately. I ordered a large straight coffee. No cream, no sugar, and no added flavors. Very pleased with the fresh taste and inviting aroma. I missed my morning coffee at home, and this was just what I needed before a long flight. Small seating area. The staff was very nice and helpful. Great location in the terminal with easy access to every gate.

I'm a die hard Starbucks drinker but today Jones Coffee Roasters was my only choice. I did not have high hopes as it's an airport coffee shop, however from the get I had a fantastic experience. There was one female and two males working. I was greeted promptly and with smiles and then we got to laughing about one of the men saying "that matcha looks fire" about a drink he just made. Everyone in the lobby was laughing and it was just a great experience to be having that much fun at 11am in an airport coffee shop. I ordered a caramel latte and it was delicious and worth the $8 it cost me.

Charged me $7 for a small cup of milk for my daughter… Common problem as the only purveyor of dairy products beyond security, but most coffee shops understand the humanity of the situation and refrain from price gouging. Not this place!

Not only was the coffee bad, but also expensive. It rang up at $1 more than their listed price. A whopping 6.55 for barely drinkable coffee. When I mentioned this to the cashier, they said “I don’t know why they didn’t change that”. Ugh.

A good stop inside the Burbank airport. Everything is pricey, of course. The breakfast burritos are huge, so two people could definitely share it… or make breakfast and lunch out of it. They have hot sauce and other condiments. Hot chocolate was tasty.
