Jordan-Newby Anchor Branch Library at Broad Creek

I came to use the computer to type up legal documentations and some print outs. The toner went out the staff did not know what to do, called for a supervisor, it took her at least five minutes to come. She had to use common sense to figure out how to exchange the toner. Remind you using the computers is on time. To cut the story short I did save my document the computer restarted while in use and lost my whole document. Couldn't recover it. Both the young lady and supervisor was nonchalant about the situation. Which my time was also lost having to turn in the document within a certain time frame. People come here for business use as well things need to be done in a timely matter and need folks that know what they are doing. And just got a phone call from the branch supervisor to call just

This library has a wonderful children’s area and an outdoor play space with a small garden. Events! This library really l owns how to throw an event. The librarians here are so inventive, helpful and friendly that you will feel at home. They also have Memory Kits for helping dementia patients and a Memory Lab is about to open that will allow visitors to take old VCR tapes and upload family memories in video format to the cloud for preservation and easy access! Lots of meeting spaces and a great Teen Area and upper floor has another garden!

I only recently found out about this library and was very pleasantly surprised! I think it's a fairly new building. I went mostly to work on my computer, so I was there during a weekday and it wasn't very busy.
