Ahh..the best in town! Authentic Filipino home comfort food. So good, I didn't remembered any their food name lolz. This place is spacious, plenty of seats. Nice and clean restroom. We got chicken, beef, spicy beef, ground beef. Reasonable price for the portion. The halo halo is the best I got so far. Big chunk of jelly. Mixed it well before enjoy it. So full, coming back for more of their deserts.

Jowli's offers authentic filipino food, cooked with fresh ingredients. Food is flavorful, and every item in the buffet tastes amazing. The owner offered us samples of the main dishes from the buffet. Bicol Express and pork ribs are the BEST. Service was super friendly. It is a clean restaurant. Highly recommended.

My first time having Filipino food and it was so good!! I was intimidated by the choices and had no idea what I got besides The bbq pork and chicken adobe and it was all fabulous. The noddles are a must try!

I can only review the Shanghai lumpia. I really wanted some, and they are one of the few places that makes them in Fresno. They are smaller in size. They tasted great. The only thing is they look just like the ones you can buy at the asian market. Still, they were cooked perfectly and tasted good. It was a buffet style restaurant. The food looked good. Service was great and got my food in a reasonable time. Will be back to try other food and grab more lumpias again.
