We ordered through DoorDash and one of the items wasn’t in the order. As you know you can only get a refund through DoorDash and contact the establishment for your order, because the bag is sealed. We cancelled the item and the guy drove to our house, with the item, to say that we couldn’t have it because it was refunded! Ridiculous. I used to love Joy Luck.

The BEST Chinese spot!! We were craving noodles and ordered lo mein with beef and sigaporian noodles, which have curry flavor, and both exceeded our expectation. There were plenty of ingredients including meat and veggies and the flavor itself was excellent - not too salty, not too sweet but just perfect. Hot & sour soup tasted very fresh, too! And the place is very clean. We will eat here whenever we are in Annapolis.

ordered chow mein and got soupy vegetables with plain rice. when i called the restaurant the person who answered sounded rude and kept telling me what i get was in fact, chow mein, which literally means stirfried noodles in mandarin, and i got no noodles. very frustrating experience will NOT go there again 😅😅😅

So right off the bat this place is fairly pricey. 12.95 for the white meat general tsos chicken pictured. However it's good, and it was made fresh. The steamed dumplings are great and I may have eaten the entire order myself :( still I walked in and ordered alot of food for my family and didn't have to wait very long. Will come back!

This is easily the best chinese locally by far. General Tso wings are a fun change! Crispy beef is tiny bit too sugary and onions should be thinner but it was exceptional. They have Meaty juicy wings! The food was fresh at the last minute ordered 22 mins before they close which surprised me. The rice wasnt old or dry which is my marker for careless quality. Overall ---Flavors are really bold compared to others we try. Im not drinking water like ive been MSG'd. Congratulations chef for not putting much corn starch!! 5 stars!!
