Jr's On The Bay/Sloppy Duck Saloon

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner at the Sloppy Duck in October and it was everything we wanted. We had the private room upstairs for our buffet styled dinner and drinks with a beautiful view of the bayfront. The owner and staff were very accommodating and the service was delightful. To end the night, we all went downstairs to the bar for karaoke and everyone had a blast. The DJ was amazing and the atmosphere was a perfect pre party to our wedding weekend.

We had a wonderful meal, and an exceptional view of the marina. Thanks to Darla for the exemplary service. We had a chicken Parm sandwich, a grouper entree and the crab cakes sandwich. Everythis was devoured. The potato chips are delicious. Our food was so tasty! Love the vibe here.

This place was beautiful because it was right on the water. The atmosphere is so nice because you get to choose between the quiet deck on the water and the little cabanas. They also hold live music nights for $7 a person where you can get drinks and enjoy. They also have souvenirs that you can buy. I got myself a coffee mug. I ended up ordering the Mahi-Mahi fish with asparagus and nashed potatoes and my friend got the Walleye with chips. Food is pricy but 100% worth it! Such a great place and I give it five stars!

Asked for any seat that had a view of the water, the hostess sat and thought looked at the seating chart then said is the tiki bar okay? Sure, brought us to our seat and before we could even say where’s the water, RAN away. So that fence was our view, we should’ve left then. Food & drinks were mediocre (daughters mixed pasta in picture) and not worth the price on top of very slow (time spent there was close to two hours) as well as having a table next to us sloppy drunk and their drinks seemed to be coming lightning fast. Overall would not recommend for anyone visiting, unless it’s someone you don’t like and want them to have a bad time.

Food was good, however the crab cakes on my sandwich were the size of silver dollars, but I lived the atmosphere and the bartender was very nice.
