I used to enjoy going here for banana splits until I found something that was harder than plastic in my banana split & I nearly broke my teeth on it . But I guess unless u actually break ur tooth or get injured they don’t care because they never addressed the issue . I talked to Jordan apparently 1 of the managers & they were supposed to refund my money which they never did & they were offering me some free ice cream . No thank you . I told them what I wanted & they were supposed to call me back & they never did & it’s been a few months & I’m the type that once I have an incident with a place ( restaurant) I most definitely will not return & I explained that to them as well . But they have chose to ignore me & not make this right . Those are all pieces of whatever hard stuff I bit into. Re

We are in town from Houston and had heard they had good ice cream, so we drove over. We sat there for 20 minutes and when we got right before the order box, an employee came out and said they were closed. There were no cars behind us and nothing was said to the car in front of us. When we told her we were here from out of town, she then said we could only order non dairy or chocolate. No such restrictions were communicated to the car in front of us. No one bothered to come out and say anything to us the 20 minutes we sat there. If they were closing, they should have had the courtesy to say something right away. Needless to say, we left without ordering and I won't be back. It only takes one rude employee...

I Stoped in for the first Time the other day and I'm Sorry To say that I Was not impressed. I purchased a large chocolate shake through the drive up. I don't remember how much it cost, but I do remember it was pretty expensive. At 76 years old, I have had my share of chocolate shakes. I have heard that this establishment has great ice cream and shakes. But the one I had was just not quite even average and as expensive as it is, I probably will not be going back anytime soon. I do have to say the young lady that was working there was very. friendly.

First time trying this establishment after wanting to go for some time. Didn't disappoint! Had two things, the Alamo soda and the cookie monster ice cream. The soda was delicious, on par with some of the combinations I've tried elsewhere. Same goes with the ice cream, my only letdown was that it was a tad bit too soft so it melted rather quickly. Will definitely be coming back to try some of the other stuff on the menu!

A must-have in Lubbock! What's not to love? The concretes are incredibly delicious with many options. Speedy service.
