Inside is so weird. Its dark and dank like a cave. There's supplies everywhere, even next to the eating tables. This place needs a redesign. The chicken was ok. Based on other reviews, I was hoping for something authentic and bursting with flavor.
Food is the same it was years ago when we last had Juan Pollo. Chicken is not dry and potato salad and rice are the best!! Large party packs are perfect!! Tortillas need to be cooked better. I would suggest a better location with more parking. It looks rundown on the outside.
Best chicken. I drive 20 minutes to get here. There are other chicken places much closer but, none have the taste like Juan Pollo.
I love the chicken at Juan Pollo. It's tender and flavorful. Normally I don't like chicken skin, but when I get Juan Pollo chicken, I eat all the skin first! The seasoning is so good.
Today was my first time and it will be 100% my last time ever why and how they are in business idk. 100% no flavor nothing I could not finish my food at all. Costco chicken 10x better and has flavor
