Juci Jerk

We are in town from Denver CO and tried out this spot in between basketball games based on the reviews. 10/10 recommend! Such incredible food and a great, authentic atmosphere. Thank you for being so hospitable to the Gold Boys team!

Let me just start off by saying the food is beyond good. The cabbage is not soggy, but crisp. The rice cooked to just the right point. The chicken is blackened to perfection. The flavor is on the point. Two sauces on the side on GP. It’s your boy Andy from Atlanta letting you know Juci Jerk on memorial Drive is the spot. Thank you very much.

Sooo what can I say about Juci Jerk. Well let me start by saying they use to have some phenomenal can't wait to get to the car type of meat. The sides were always questionable. During covid they went downhill but we thought it was them not grilling with the correct tools being that wood was hard to acquire. After covid we tried again and it was better. Well today we are back to the mediocre flavor. I do not have a problem with dryer meat. My issue is I paid for one thing and received something different. My husband picked up the food assuming it was correct. They threw a few pieces of what we ordered on top and the rest was something we did not order. They prepared grilled ribs (KingsFord charcoal), nothing jerk about them. Respectfully try them yourself and perhaps it will be a better day

🔥 These jerk ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, smoky, and seasoned to perfection. Sauce has a spicy kick, ribs juicy flavor and hands down some of the best I’ve ever had! 😋🍖

I wanted to give this place a five star review because the food was good. The customer service was horrible. I liked to have slipped when entering the restaurant and the ladies both wearing red and blue hair didn’t budge getting the water up; just looked at me. You’re not greeted at all. When paying they ask for a tip. I would have loved to tip, but the customer service wasn’t there. I only went here today because my sister recommended this place, but I don’t think I’ll be back. Jerk chicken and shrimp was good though. You attach good customer with that food you’d be unstoppable.
