Julians Burgers and More

The green Chile is definitely hot. The fries were good. Had a green Chile cheese and single chicken strip and Pepsi. The lobby was clean . Drive thru was super busy, so lobby was a good wait. Coming back to give them an opportunity for 5 stars across the board.

I have been coming here for many years . Drive thru always friendly people . Except today . The lady kept interrupting talking over us making excuses etc that the system won’t allow her to place an order Until we told her what we wanted to drink. So when we got to the pay window, she was still making excuses so I told her that we have been coming here for many years even when Julian owned it even with Cesar was here even a few weeks ago, and we have never ever had that issue. She was not remorseful. She never said sorry. Please do better.

The chili cheese fries were small for ordering a large. The lady at the counter indicated it’s the same plate they just flip it to make it a small. This is definitely the worst experience ever. I use to love this place. Let me not get into the tacos honestly. The pictures below were after I ordered on line and 3 minutes later. Not fresh at all. It seems like they were just trying to get rid of what they already made and someone else didn’t want. What a waste of my money and time to drive up there for this!

Chile is nice and flavorful but I was not happy about the portions. The footlong barely had any chile and looked really sad and whitered, and I also ordered a giant chile burger with cheese and it was the size of what looked like a child's burger. I hadn't eaten here in a while as my usual is Bob's Burgers and honestly the wait was very long and the portions size really disappointed. Had I not checked my order they would have forgotten my taco burgers also. The girl left the window as soon as she gave me my food so I had to honk a few times to get someone back to advise them I was missing some of my order. Get it together if you want more patrons. Location I visited was Central/Old Coors area.

The drive-thru line takes forever but well worth it. What a great burger. The green chili is hot and I think they had some kind of special cheese.
