Just BE Kitchen - Lohi

I’m in heaven! All the things that I can eat made in the most delicious way! And truly the best, friendly service in the cutest little building, absolute heaven I don’t do dairy grains, sugar. I can eat everything here!

Update Feb 2026: I’m happy to say after a few months I gave Just BE another chance and the food has improved. Still not as good as before, but somewhat enjoyable to eat again. The quesadillas have a good amount of filling in them most of the time (although this hasn’t been consistent). I used to love eating at Just BE but my last few orders have consistently been bad. One of my orders a couple months back I got food poisoning from and felt horrible for a week then avoided eating from here for a while. Then I decided to try again and recently my delivery orders always have something missing from them and the food is not fresh. The BEst quesadilla is my go-to order and the last couple have such a tiny amount of the “cheddar” wiz the whole thing tastes so dry and to make it worse the chicken

We went to Just Be for our wedding rehearsal dinner. The food was truly excellent, and many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed it. The sloppy joes were a hit as Jen predicted! The trifle was also sublime. We appreciated the extra effort Heidi put into decorating the space. The candles and flag banner added a warm touch, and it made the room feel even more festive and welcoming. It meant a lot that most of the food was ready by 5:00 pm as requested and the to-go bags for my bride and I were a generous touch.

Everything is gluten free. Great quesadilla, but a bit dry had to put the sauce on. The soups weren’t the best but the salad was amazing and the wraps were good.

Our regular go-to for lunch or dinner when in Denver. Creative, delicious, and allergen friendly food in a restaurant that has such a cute vibe. Easy ordering on a touchscreen or through the staff at the counter. I love that they use nutritious, whole ingredients and willingly modify any of their dishes to suit individual needs. Love their burger, buffalo cauliflower bites, buffalo chicken salad, all of their soups are amazing, and their menu changes seasonally. So great to be able to dine in a dedicated gluten free establishment that serves such delicious meals!
