Just Salad

Kelita, Noelita and Lilic are amazing! This place is 100% recommended. They made me the best salad ever. The crispy chicken poblano they suggested was simply incredible. Kelita told me that I could turn the salad into a wrap for 1$ extra, I'll definitely try it in a wrap tomorrow. Supper attentive and friendly girls! I have been a loyal customer of this location for the past two years, consistently placing pickup orders without issue. However, since my office relocated just five minutes away and I began using your delivery service, the experience has been nothing short of appalling. Today’s incident was completely unacceptable. My order was carelessly dumped next to a garage—right by a garbage bin—and I received nothing more than a notification stating it had been “successfully delivered.” No phone call. No attempt to confirm the address. No basic courtesy. Leaving a customer’s food beside trash is not just negligent, it is outright disrespectful. What I ordered in the first picture vs. what I received. Crispy chicken and pickled onions both were missing. The other ingredients were extremely light, so I pretty much paid $20 for a bowl of lettuce. The way this salad looks and the fact that an employee thought this was okay to give to a customer is unbelievable

Love this place but it is not always consistent. For reference, this is the same salad (parm crunch) that I ordered a week apart and paid the same price for. The one I got today was half the size and I ordered it exactly the same way. The cucumbers today were bitter (probably on the tail end of their expiration window) and made the salad unenjoyable. And on top of that, I’m still hungry, despite this place normally hitting the spot. Girl that made my salad was clearly new (holding a salad recipe paper in her hand) and needed more training before making my sadly small, sadly bitter salad. Experienced a rare Just Salad L today and hopefully this was just a one-off. If it keeps declining like this I will have to look elsewhere for lunch.

Honestly love this place! Great ambiance, great staff (shoutout to Ana!), and amazing food. My go to lunch spot. The reusable bowls and incentives to remember to bring it are something I haven't seen before, but love both the perk and the fact that I'm reducing waste from food! Can't recommend it enough. Pick up a Sesame street bowl while you can and get a free toping every time you come back!
