Just Salad

I have been coming here as of recently & employees have been kind up until today. The short female with the glasses & blonde hair has a nasty attitude. I asked the gentleman working there what was her deal is & he made excuses that it's "busy" but no one was there & there is only 2 people working. Lol like honestly??????? I work in hospitality as well but it doesnt give you the right to conduct yourself in that manner. Not to mention, this is what i paid $20 for?

Once the food was stale and the rice not cooked. I did not leave a review then.But today also rice is not cooked properly. can you please boil the rice? It has been consistently uncooked.

I'm a regular at this location and have had great experiences with several staff members that I would like to acknowledge. Both individuals working at the register are welcoming and helpful, and always remember that I have a corporate discount. On my last visit, I had issues with my Just Salad app loading and Felix went out of his way to help me, even providing a hotspot via his own phone so that I could update my app more quickly. He checked on me in between each of his customers to see if it was working. Patti is also lovely and always remembers my name. Experiences like these keep customers coming back. Keep up the great work!

When they get my delivery orders right, the food is great. The last 3 times I ordered on uber eat and ask for sauces/dressing on the side for my wrap or salad… they forgot entirely to give me the sauces. Imagine eating Caesar salad without the Caesar sauce. It’s healthier…. But also incredibly dry. 😂 The 3 wraps I ordered in this receipt came with no dressings mix in or on the side. It’s not cheap to order $60 worth of food and they’re not what you’re paid for.

Just Salad in Jersey City is my go-to lunch spot - the staff is always friendly, fast, and attentive. The portions are generous, and the toppings are always fresh and constantly replenished. I tried a Midtown location today and it didn’t come close. This Jersey City team truly sets the standard!
