K38 Baja Grill Carolina Beach

Good food and specials. Indoor/outdoor and lively but not overly loud. Chimichanga was flavorful and street corn was a great side (I chose on the cob). Additionally had their chicken elote roll with dipping sauce (not shown), a fantastic recommendation from Ayla behind the bar who handled the restaurant and still provided great service. Hannah was also kind enough to adjust one of the tvs for that night's big game.

I had such a great experience here and it was honestly made even better by our server, Olivia. She was absolutely awesome from start to finish — super friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcomed the entire time. She checked in at the perfect moments, made great recommendations, and had such a positive attitude that it really stood out. The food was great, but the service is what will bring me back. Olivia went above and beyond and made the whole meal feel special. Definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while!

We came in for the invite only soft opening and it is definitely K38 in a much nicer bougie upscale atmosphere! There is a soft opening on May 28th but the grand opening will be May 3rd in time for Cinco de Mayo weekend fun! Our waitress Olivia was fantastic as she was very attentive (but not annoying in the least) and everything came out as delicious as we hoped. We will be back time and time again for sure and just hope we can get back in when we want because everyone is going to love this spot!!!

Great atmosphere. Wonderful service. Food was absolutely delicious. I got the steak taco salad and a watermelon margarita. The salad was fresh and steak was cooked perfectly and had great flavor! The watermelon margarita was the best I had ever had also with fresh ingredients. My husband got the blackened shrimp burrito and house margarita. He said it was delicious as well.

Super excited to have k38 in Carolina Beach. This location is under the proximity condos on CB rd. This spot has both indoor and outdoor seating and an epic bar that is also indoor/outdoor. Food is top notch like their previous locations. Olivia was our server and super friendly and knowledgeable. The manager John was super accommodating and answered our questions. We are looking forward to dining here a lot this summer.
