I see that this place has mixed reviews so here’s my honest take. The food is really delicious and very flavorful. Some of their items do have a bit of a spicy kick so I wouldn’t recommend this place to someone that has a low spice tolerance. Their menu is really big with so many great options and you definitely can’t go wrong with their chicken biryani. Also, I really liked the dough in their vegetable samosa. It had a nice hint of sweetness. As far as ambience and presentation, the workers were really nice and I noticed that they had so much food out on their heated trays. Some of their food was stacked up on other trays. Again, they have really big menu including a separate area for desserts and chai. First off the food is good, notthe greatest, but especially the biriyanis and mixed grills are a try. But, the service was truly disappointing. The waiter first took the order patiently and promptly, but when we needed anything in between, they'd just run in circles. We wanted to give them a pass, even though staffed well, maybe a busy night so we were patient for their response. However, we waited almost half an hour waiting for response which delayed the food as well. At one instance, the waiter said the goat Karahi would take time when we wanted to place an order for it, but he started walking away just as soon as we said cancel it in that case. I was in the area and decided to try this place. Heard about it on TV. Firstly, parking is a nightmare. Service is horrendous. No one behind the counter give a damn. Had to ask several times for help and all I got were strange looks. Food is ok. Ordered Tandori roti, mix grill, beef kebabs, lamb kebabs, goat biriyani. Tandori roti is ok and a bit chewy. Mix grill - chicken was slimy but the other meats were ok. Both kebabs were good. I tore those up. Goat biriyani was decent as in meat was tender and rich was good. I don’t see myself coming here again even if I’m in the area.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered the breakfast platter featuring paratha, chana, and halwa, but the experience was ruined by the mashed potatoes, which had a foul, spoiled smell (got replaced by mixed vegetables). Between the high prices and the questionable freshness, I won’t be returning. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Food was alright but cold. Service/ambience was terrible. It felt lot better when I ate here 7 years ago but it’s lost all its charm and not worth the patience. Spent 3 hours dining here most of which was waiting.
