Kai Zabb

Came out to the food court where Kai Zabb is located and OMG!! SO GOOD!!! We got the Kaeng Kari and Kai Zabb, the chicken was cooked to crispy perfection. The curry tasted homemade and great spice level (ordered medium). The sauce that came with the Kai Zabb was a lime mint and onion sauce and it was so well balanced we couldn’t stop eating it ! For the price point, this is really inexpensive for its high quality ingredients. $16.99 a place for the portion size is amazing!!! This place is definitely in my list of top 10 places to go out and eat. The location is really nice too, very ambient and in a covered seating area. Will definitely come back soon again!

Our go-to is the Kai zabb with the fried chicken, rice, and the refreshing minty dip. Their chicken is always fried fresh and has a good amount of meat (not those scraggly anorexic chickens). Portion is big. The guy who works there is always so kind too.

I have visited Kai zabb twice in 1 week with different guest and have only had positive experiences. The food is worth it in flavor and quantity, truly delicious, my goodness. Pictured is the kra prao and I later tried the Kia zabb dish. All menu items come with a salad with homemade yummy dressing, rice and perfectly fried (good portion) chicken and whatever sauce you've chosen from the menu so if placing an order for delivery the chicken doesn't arrive soggy, and if eating in your person the sauce comes in the side as well and you can add as much as wanted. It's a guaranteed great experience which is why I have never had any doubt when recommending it to another! Decent sized parking lot, plenty of outdoor covered seating and typically a 15 min wait for food to come out.

Really cool spot, and the owners are super friendly. Chicken is white meat and cooked perfectly with a crispy breading. I got the garlic black pepper sauce and it was quite tasty. The salad has good quality mixed greens and a sweet mayo-y dressing. The rice is cooked perfectly as well, slightly chewy with no mushiness. There is also pleasent outdoor seating with covered/shaded benches. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying more of the sauces! I definitely recommend stopping by.

Without a doubt this place has claimed a place in my Austin Top 10. Their chicken is breaded and fried to perfection. Their curry sauce is good, but the star for us was the Thai basil chicken. The service was great and the portions were massive. We combined our visit with a few of the other trucks in the park. There is something for everyone.
