Kairo's Cake & Bakery

Normally bakeries require more advanced notice, but I called Kairo’s with just one week before my husband’s 40th birthday party, and they made us a custom cake; I sent inspo pics and they used those make their own creation within the theme, and it was perfect. It’s so nice to be able to trust professionals who know what they’re doing! We got a 4 layer vanilla cake with chocolate mousse filling for 30 people, and everybody loved it. The frosting was light/whipped and not too sweet. We will be getting all of our cakes here from now on.

I want to give this small business a very huge shoutout! My company was doing a huge PD day last Friday, and one of our senior leaders had a birthday, so we wanted to provide cupcakes for her and our staff. The owner was a pleasure, and he was happy to take our large order of 250 cupcakes for a great price. Not only was the price great, but the cupcakes were raved about by all the staff at our event. We would absolutely do business with them again. Thank you to all the staff at Kairo's!!! You are appreciated.

Kairos bakery is a hidden gem. They are small but amazing.We found them two years ago when we were looking to order cake last minute for my daughter’s birthday. They made a custom Minnie Mouse cake for her second birthday that so fluffy and moist that everyone was raving about the cake for days. Both the frosting and the cake was not very sweet which I really liked. This year we got a princess cake which looked better than I imagined. I will never go to any other bakery for birthday cakes ever.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This experience was beyond disappointing. My wife placed a birthday cake order on Saturday to be picked up Monday. She even sent a confirmation message, and the staff wrote it down. But when I arrived today—on my birthday—the order was nowhere to be found. They claimed they “found it” after I’d already waited over 40 minutes, only to rush and make it on the spot. And even then, the cake didn’t match our original request. This wasn’t just a minor inconvenience—it completely disrupted my day. Birthdays are supposed to be joyful. Instead, I left frustrated, upset, and without the cake we thoughtfully planned ahead for. I won’t be coming back, and I certainly won’t be recommending this place to anyone. You messed up my day. That sucks. And to top it off

The people here are utterly incompetent. I placed an order with them because I saw cakes on their website I liked. Not only did they mess up the design (the original had hearts, I asked them to swap it with party hats and other party related things at the time of ordering), but they also texted me at 9 am asking what to write (even though I had specified at the time of ordering), but I told them again, and, when I arrived to pick it up, they had written what was on the original cake in Spanish. And the second cake wasn't even in the case with the first one, not sure if they even had it ready or not. Avoid this place at all costs, because their attention to detail in your requests is zero.
