Kalispell Dairy Queen

Dairy queen by far is the best fast food buisiness I've been to in kalispell, the service is quick and the hot food is always hot. Ice cream is always cold, the service is great, if you watch what these young people do during the day is amazing, they serve from the happiest of people to the most grumpy, and are always very professional. It's not an easy job serving the public and getting food prepared for a buisy day, especially when people are hungry and angry. Everyone there does a great job and food is always ready for you. The owner has a great team of people, way to go Randy!!!WooHoo!!! I'm always looking forward to the car shows, it's great to see what people do, it's bringing the past to the present through classic cars. Thank you for what you do and what you have done!

Most of time service is great. Today 10/25/25, there were kids behind the register laying on the floor, throwing food at each other, girls with multiple hickies on their necks, and the one who waited on us when we picked up the cakes, was so rude! Won't be back for a while.

Food is good.... But literally the only place In town that gets my orders wrong more times than right.

The tall pretty girl with the blue hair, at the register, was very friendly & professional, she Handeled multiple orders without a mistake or delay, her demeanor & professionalism should be rewarded, i come in 1s a week & she is always happy sight

They suck so bad…. Especially the crew working on 5-7-25. Like they should probably just look for new jobs at this point. I came through the drive-through and got my things and after getting about two blocks away, I had a hunch that the bag was too small for what I ordered and sure enough they forgot one of my cheeseburgers, so I went back through the drive-through and as soon as I got to the order window, they said sorry we close at 9pm. It was literally 9 on the dot. So I tell her that I just went through and they forgot one of my cheeseburgers with everything on it and she says fine, we can get that out the window for you.
