Kang Nam Town

this place has no idea how to make an authentic galbi. it was way too sweet and undercooked. i’m a real korean, so i would know. also their only side dish is the radish kimchi, super disappointing.

I got jjajjangmyun which was good, but didn't sit well bc it had a lot of msg. Getting the tangsuyuk was a mistake. The fried batter was too thick and chewy and there was barely any meat...the employees were very nice and accommodating. The food court is very busy and crowded during the weekends and the holidays.

I had the spicy goat stew. It was stunning. Definitely the food highlight of my holiday so far. I think I would eat this at least once a week.

Food is great, but hope you don’t mind waiting in the long line. Not their fault, they’re just that busy!

Had a great bowl of bimbimbap with beef. Came with a side of hot steamed white rice and kimchi. Stirred up my bowl and it was extremely flavorful. All the vegetables were fresh tasting and had a great balance together. Egg was nice and runny and beef was juicy. This was a great afternoon lunch, didn't get bloated full. This is inside H-Mart so seating feels a bit cramped and limited.
