KAO GANG THAI FOOD is a great find for anyone looking for authentic Thai food without the high price tag. We stopped in for dinner on a Friday night and found the restaurant comfortably busy, but still with open seating. It’s a smaller space with warm lighting and cozy décor, giving it a relaxed, intimate feel that works best for date nights or small groups rather than large parties. Service was excellent. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and happy to walk through ingredients and recommendations. Absolutely authentic Thai food! Every bite truly took me back to Thailand — the flavors were rich, balanced, and clearly made with care. You can really tell they use fresh ingredients and cook everything properly. The service was top-notch; the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Prices are very reasonable for the generous portions, and the quality is outstanding for what you pay. The restaurant was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere as well. This is definitely one of the best Thai spots I’ve tried in the area. I will absolutely be coming back!

We had the fried rice, pad thai, thai style papaya and chicken wings. The flavors were good on all the dishes. I especially liked that the fried rice had bits of Chinese broccoli. I do wish the chicken wings had just a little more salt but it wasn’t a big issue because the dipping sauce that came with it was good. Service was great. Staff were friendly and we were checked on several times while there. The space was well designed and clean. I recommend this place if you’re craving Thai food. It fulfilled my cravings.

The food is excellent and portions are generous! The best massaman I have ever had with a whole, stewed chicken leg in it. The tom kha gai was huge! So flavorful and fresh, also the best I have ever had from a quick eatery. Friendly service and such good food - I will be back soon! This is easily the best lunch in the area ❤️
