In a word, Terrible. We sent our machine (Lavazza Espresso Zone) to these guys because fuses kept blowing after every shot. 4 weeks later, no response, so we called. Apparently they could not find the machine. After locating it, they told us they hadn't even started work. 4 weeks later, we got the machine back finally. It still blows fuses way too often, and the machine works worse. It makes more noise than ever, and the steaming nozzle doesn't work (it did before). They offered no apologies for takign forever, none for losing the machine, and of course, the invoice was sent on time. NEVER AGAIN.

We have an older espresso point that ever so often needs a tune up. Been going here for more than 10 years and also buying all my espresso here. Could not be happier. Always professional, friendly and helpful. I would not trust my machines and service with anyone else!
