We held a funeral repast here, and it was an absolutely phenomenal experience. The space was beautifully decorated and was made available to us on very short notice—just one week prior. Gerline was an incredibly communicative and gracious host, and she was willing to work with our family’s budget during such a difficult and emotional time. The three-course meal was excellent, and the pricing was very reasonable for a repast hosting over 200 people. Everything was handled with care and professionalism. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and I will definitely be using Kasa Champet for future events.

My husband and I were in town visiting family and came across Kasa Champet Restaurant and Lounge, and let me tell you, we are so glad we did. We didn’t dine in; we went to their takeout section, and the service there was just as good as any sit-down experience. The staff was super friendly, patient, and welcoming every time we came in. The food is what kept bringing me back. I went three times while I was in town! The poisson en sauce was amazing, full of flavor and perfectly cooked. I also really enjoyed their fritay platter with goat, which was well-seasoned and delicious, and the seafood légume was so good and comforting. Everything tasted fresh and authentic, like real Haitian home cooking. I can’t forget to mention the passion fruit juice, which was the perfect touch. Refreshing, fl

⭐☆☆☆☆ My wife and I have ordered from this place twice, and both experiences were terrible. The first order was through Uber Eats on January 28th. It took well over an hour to receive our food. The driver was waiting at the restaurant the entire time and had no explanation for the delay, so we called the restaurant ourselves since the wait had already become unreasonable. When we called, they told us the driver was already there and that we “just needed to wait,” which was not helpful or honest. Uber Eats ultimately compensated us because they agreed the delay was unacceptable. The second order was today, February 1st, and somehow it was even worse. About 30–40 minutes after placing the order, the restaurant called to say they didn’t have medium-sized fish and only had large or extra-la

Great service. Be careful when paying the bill. The gratuity is already added on the bill although we only had 3 people in our party. I paid 30% gratuity in cash. I did not pay attention that 15% was already added to the bill. The service was great anyway. I find their food to taste much better than any of the Haitian restaurants I have been to in all the area down to Miami. Their rest room is always very clean. The music was good, but was too loud for dining enjoyment. We came for lunch Overall it was a very good experience. Awesome impression Presentation was great I recommend this Haitian restaurant

My wife decided to go for some basic Haitian food so we went to Kasa Champet. They greeted us very well and it all felt homey. Before ordering any drinks, they brought us water, and one of us noticed that all five drinks had lot of black debris, even though there was ice in the drink. The server was very understanding and gave us bottled water instead (it was not free). We ordered acra, and a platter of seafood to start. The acra was not the best, there wasn't anything special about it. The sauce and lemon for the seafood came during the very last bite. Main Course: My wife had a seafood legumes and I went for the original. We both had different rices, her with plain white rice and me with brown rice and beans. My rice was spoiled and had to be returned to the kitchen. Our server ended up
