Katz Gluten Free

Open delivery appointment, arrived one day late due to snow storm, they took me in right away, and started unloading in 5 minutes, enough space to manoeuvre, overnight parking possible since there is no gate. 2 dock all the way in the back corner, as shown on the photo below Thank you katz,

I had bought some of the gluten free toaster pastries at a local store and LOVED them. I hadn’t thought to see if they had a web site. I am so glad I did. I had been craving Hostess cupcakes and was so happy that Katz had their own version of them. They are DELICIOUS!! The English muffins are excellent. I just place another order that should arrive today. I am so excited about finally finding great gluten free food. I want to try everything. Well worth the prices and overnight shipping! I highly recommend them.

Update: Was back at my usual grocery store and they had another item....Cranberry donuts on sale. I had to try. I preferred these over the gingerbread. Never would have thought a frozen donut could be this tasty!!! Picked up a box of these gingerbread cupcakes at a North Carolina grocery store because they were on sale and I have a relative that LOVES gingerbread. These cream cupcakes are small yet mighty in taste. My relative liked them and she is not easily impressed. I thought they were good. They come frozen and you have the option to defrost and thaw for 2 hours or microwave 10 seconds. I went the quick way.

After years of being a loyal customer, I recently had an issues with formula change on the donuts.. They shipped me 4 cases meant for Australia, wrong packaging, product is way different! Density is way off, size of donuts is huge, taste is different.. Even the printed weight is different.. Yet management acts like I am wrong and making up stuff.. I forward batch and best by dates and heard nothing, spoke to management today.. She seemed distracted, disagreed the donuts are different, required more pics, needs me to box up their product and drive it to the nearest Fedex drop off.. Don't waste your time with Katz, they'll just treat you like garbage when you have an issue!

I will say the delivery was quick but the honey buns and muffins were horrible. The honey buns were hard as a rock and the muffins tasted like sand and dirt mixed together. I'm on a quest to find delicious gluten-free desserts. I would like a refund.
